Works great. I bbq at low temps, and run out every half hour or so to see if done. I don’t want to leave the cover off the grill very long, so this fast-acting temperature sensor is a big help for me.

This is a pretty fast reading temp probe, and accurate. Tested in both ice water and boiling water, right on in both instances.

Works great many years later on same battery

Very fast and looks to be accurate. This replaced a smaller one I had (and loved) that broke. It is considerably bigger but works well. It is apparently designed to magnetically adhere to the stove because it has a magnetized portion. I don't want it sitting around getting greasy when it is not being used and the magnet makes it a bit of a pain to keep in a drawer if there are other metal things in the drawer. My thermometer is always stuck to something.However, as far as its intended use it works quite well

Nice meat thermometer, easy to see and use. It has a good size display for the temperature and the little screen lights up with the touch button next to it. Good quality and design. Easy to clean as well.
