Great product. It works holistically

I buy a lot on Amazon and rarely write a review, but felt I needed to share my experience with this product.It’s effective without the cramping that similar products cause, and the best part is that you only have to take 1 capsule and I got great results by the next day after taking for the first time.I’ve been using another product that I also bought here that works great but it gave pretty severe cramping and I needed to take 6-8 capsules per day. I really recommend this

I've had bathroom issues for years because of some autoimmune, then menopause and then going on a glp1. This is hands down the best supplement I've ever used ever. I'm not sure what kind of combination of happiness are these little capsules but I pray they never ever stop making them. They are organic and for me thats a plus. They are on the more expensive side but I only need 1 pills a day .. BEWARE ...I took 2 one day and that was a wee bit TOO MUCH... if you have any constipation or tummy issues get these..

50+ years of irregular bm’s and I’ve tried it all- even taking mineral oil orally, yuck! I take 3 a night and have regular, bm’s. No urgency and not diarrhea. Ok. TMI- but, it’s worth the money for sure and i can feel good that’s it’s all natural too!

This works pretty good. Take one. Or two,depending on your needs. I Take one. Very gentle. I wish it worked a little quicker though. Sometimes it takes the second day to work. It’s my go to now when I need help. I would recommend. My daughter recommended it to me because it worked so well.

I have had bowel issues since I was a teenager, and I am now 75. I've tried everything to help. I found these to be effective but they give me heartburn. I've tried taking them with food but it doesn't help (I take 2 each night with food). I contacted the maker of them with no results. I still take them, but I have to take Mylanta with them, which I don't like to take often. I've given them every chance to stop the burn, but nothing works.t

I have used Intestinal Formula #1, daily, for at least 20 years. I generally take two, sometimes only one pill, in the morning. About eight hours or so I'm ready to go... It's a great product, I wouldn't be without it. I think each person has to experience with what they need; how many, and how often. - We are all different!
