Sibce the avatar hi hat and kick bass pedals are unavailable, will will Alesis pedals work?

I have no idea but I know the petals I purchased worked perfectly on the HXW PD705 Percussion Pad 9-Trigger Sample Pad

Will this work with yamaha dd75 as a replacement hi-hat or bass pedal pedal?

Hi, this pedal is designed for PD705 Percussion Pad, there is no promise for other devices.

It works. BUT You don't get the tactile feedback of a beater making contact with a surface, pad or head. You also don't get the feel of a firmly closed hi-hat. They are however, fairly robust and appear to be able to hold up over the long term. I decided one thing after playing for a few days using these. If you want to go this route with any headless pedal you have to adapt some new playing techniques.

Will this work with yamaha dtx-multi 12?

I am not sure if it would work on Yamaha products. I would almost no, it won't work. But if you are using as a kick pedal, I didn't like the "action" of it. Hope that makes sense.
