Q: Is the ball with the item product number wtb0900 the 29.5 inch basketball? it does not match the description and i have returned it once already.

WTB0900IB EC is the product number for the 29.5 ball I ordered. Not sure if that will help you

An official women's ball used for high school, college, and pros is 28.5". An official men's ball is one inch bigger at 29.5". For you HS daughter you should buy 28.5". She will never play with the larger ball unless playing with the boys.

Q: Is this 28.5 or 29.5? Because the "Official" option says "28.5" in the style name but the diameter says "29.5" in the description.

That one would 28.5. The one that I ordered said 29.5 in both style and diameter
