Vitamin k raises my blood pressure but not this particular brand. On my 2nd bottle now and relieved that I can actually take vitamin k again. Would highly recommend this brand for people worried about their BP.

Combine this with Vitamin D-3 for best results.
I take 4 drops of Vitamin D-3 daily. As per my doctor's instructions, 1 dropperful of the K2 MK7 allows for absorption of the D-3. Evidently, this does the job -- my last bloodwork indicates that my Vitamin D level rose to where it should be. It had been low, and now it's normal.

Surpise! Beautiful teeth and thats not even why you got this!
This is a great Vitamin K. I tend toward liquid vitamins when possible because they're better absorbed than pill-form. I started taking this after being diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin K helps to prevent hypercalcemia when taking high-doses of vitamin D. Vitamin D stimulates calcium absorption and Vitamin K helps your body metabolize calcium efficiently. That's the ONLY reason I started taking it.I noticed that my teeth were suddenly looking super white and wondered if it was the vitamin D. After some research I learned that Vitamin K is GREAT for your teeth as it helps your body to absorb calcium into your bones (including your teeth). This is how it helps prevent calcium buildup in your soft tissues, especially good to know when taking higher doses of vitamin D.Take a look around the web, you'll see other people were pleasantly surprised by pearlier whites. I wouldn't trade it for the world.
