Received Damaged
I don't typically receive damaged items. The Amazon box it came in wasn't damaged. And by just the look of it, I wouldn't have guessed it to be broken like this. I probably would have grabbed it for myself off a store shelf. With damage this bad by the USB-C port, I can't risk it. So the item is going back. I didn't plug it in or test it with power on. However, this product at this price point sure intrigued me... So I had to play just a little on the keys. The whole item feels quite premium. I was shocked! The feel of typing and the sound of the clicking was also excellent! I recommend giving it a shot. I also recommend they package a little better to protect their products. They certainly put the efforts into design!

Rattle Rattle Rattle Rattle
I've ordered this keyboard twice now. The first copy had a busted "E" key. The second, which I'm using to type now, has the most rattly spacebar known to man. It's HORRIBLE. I can barely think while I type thanks to how loud this accursed thing is.It took ages to find the software I needed to download to get the lights to stop blinking. The keys are EXTREMELY sensitive. If you rest your fingers on the keyboard, this isn't the board for you.Lord almighty, I can barely type this out as the spacebar rattles. The stabilizers are junk.Going to throw this accursed thing back in the box and get a refund ASAP.

really great keyboard! BUT iiiii
I'll start with the PROSit's a very comfortable keyboard!good build and good price!also, it's so nice to have a keyboard LED Backlit that is not designed for gamers.overall, I am very happy with the keyboard.CONSI am good at learning new things, and it was hard to learn how to use the software to program the keyboard, you can't find online any tutorial on how to program this keyboard.and I really don't understand why they don't do a video on how to program it.also, the Programmable Dial is a very low-quality build, I wish it was smoother and heavier,so when you turn it you get a better and more responsive feeling.BUT AGAIN!overall it's a unique keyboard and doing a great job

Great for the price
I've used this keyboard for 3 years now, and it has held up. I also have a DAS Keyboard 4 Professional and a Logitech g413. I don't think those more expensive keyboards are significantly better than this one. This looks and feels just as high quality and may even be slightly more comfortable to type on than the others at a fraction of the price.

Did I pay for a sample review?
The media could not be loaded. Let's talk about packaging. I've included some photos so you can refer it to that. One of the enclosures did not have a seal tape. The boxes are slightly damaged. Damaged. I don't know if it's from the storage warehouse or if it's during shipment. Since the shipping box wasn't a good condition. I can only suspect that the box was damaged already before it was shipped. Not a big deal but it does make the product fuel as if it's not new.Moving on to the aesthetics part of the keyboard. There are clearly some scratches around the wireless connection buttons as well as the media buttons. The deluxe sticker around the media and wireless buttons are not attached accurately. Other than that, the keyboard looks good.Moving on to the typing experience. Overall, keyboard typing is excellent and it feels like a regular linear keys. The space bar, however feels slightly different than the rest of the keys. I don't think the space bar has the red switch (or linear switch) on it.I'm unsure why the company decided to put the volume control on the top left and shift the escape as well as the function keys slightly to the right. As a programmer, the escape key that has moved does affect performance because I constantly end up hitting the volume controller. Not a big deal for gaming and stuff, but something to be aware of if you are a programmer or uses the escape key as well as the first four function keys often. The wireless connection is solid. Even after being idle for some time. Time it quickly connects back to the appropriate peripheral whether it's Bluetooth or wireless. The Q key backlight turns on and off. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. I have a screenshot of the key not lit up. As of this review, writing the queue backlight does work. One last thing to mention is that there is some sort of loose sand material inside of the keyboard. It can be heard as I rock the keyboard left and right. The wireless storage section is also loose and you hear quite a bit of rocking when you move the keyboard. This and the sand noise mentioned above is not a big deal. If you have your keyboard stationary which I believe That's the case for most users. The basic fundamental functionality of the keyboard, which is typing and connection, is overall good. However, the issues that I have mentioned does make it feel like I did not receive a brand new keyboard and is enough for me to decide on returning it.

lots of phantom clicks and disconnects
This keyboard worked great for three months. I got this keyboard in September and around February I started noticing the keyboard randomly disconnects. I'm now starting to get phantom clicks where some keys letters randomly appear as double clicks or constantly type the same letter until disconnect and reconnect the board

Beautiful design, excellent key action, sturdy build
I needed a replacement keyboard, my girlfriend's fat cat walked on mine and broke the legs (on the keyboard, not the cat). Found this keyboard, very good backlighting, an odd little dial that can be configured (I just use it for volume). Fantastic key response. Overall a great, small footprint, full 104 key, keyboard.

Great keyboard for a cramped desk
I work from home and this keyboard takes a beating. It is sensitive and has low key action. So you can really fly with this.
