Will it protect my hands from a hot glue gun?

not if you touch the heating element part of the hot glue gun. but if you use the glue gun in an appropriate manner, the gloves should be fine.

These state they are silicone free, but are the latex free?

The previous answer stated that no latex was added. That is NOT the same thing as latex-free.

Are these gloves useful for handling/cutting stained glass?

Yes. I bought them to move sheet glass in my studio because I was tired of cutting myself. No more cuts.

Can they withstand -10 degrees for 1 hour? I’m looking for work gloves but anything warm enough for that is to thick.

For warmth & dexterity for people who need their hands for work, these are the best gloves I've been able to find. If I were working in -10 degree weather I personally would use these gloves as long as I had a 2nd layer to put them in, such as snowboard mittens.
