Great Pads
I've been using these for several months now for longboarding and they've already saved my wrists in a few wipe outs. The material is holding up well with the velcro still holding strong and no rips or tears thus far. They're in use several times a week. I really like the fit and ergonomic feel while I'm wearing them. Overall I have zero complaints and I believe they will have a long service life.

So far so good!
Got these to use when learning to ride a onewheel, since a friend of a friend broke her wrist when practicing. They feel pretty sturdy and the strap design makes them easy to fit to your wrists. I've only had one serious wipeout when wearing them, but they did great. I didn't fall very gracefully and if I hadn't been wearing these I probably would have put way too much force on the wrist that caught me.I like that they're a little bit more fun looking than a typical wrist guard.

Great protection!
My 9 year old son is a really good skateboarder and loves to do tricks. These wrist guards have been protecting him for several years during his falls. I have bought a few different brands but this brand seems to be his favorite for comfort. I think these are some of the best on the market.

White Plastic, But High Quality
We bought these Moxi leopard guards as well as the "regular" Triple 8 and Killer Pads wrist guards, in black. (They're all made by the same company.) The stitching and materials were superior in the Moxi version (although it had slightly less palm coverage), and the plastic "stint" was noticeably thicker and more durable compared to the other two, which definitely makes it appear more protective to the wrist. The only curious design choice aspect is--why the white plastic? The contrast makes it "stick out/stand out" design-wise, and not in a good way. (White looks "dorky," says my daughter, compared to the black.) It looks cheaper and less streamlined than the black plastic, and it also easily shows scrapes and scratches, making it appear dirty once actually used, whereas the black shows none of that. The black plastic would've made it appear so sleek, smooth, uniform and flattering! Would love to see the black plastic as a design-change in the next version.Sizing wise, the Moxi XS leopard was too big for my pre-teen daughter--but the XS/Junior in the turquoise rainbow version fit her perfectly. (Appears to be a slightly different design.) I have very small 7" wrists but long fingers and wear a size S glove and per the measurements the XS should've fit me, but it was too small and tight. The Small fit me perfectly. I would say size up, for adults.

They work so great, I haven't fallen at all since I got them!
Seriously, these are replacing a pair that have kept me typing in spite of some spectacular falls at the beach and were just worn out. A broken wrist = no work = no money, but I still want to skate!

Good value.
Well made and comfortable to wear. I'm glad I ordered a medium because they seem to run a little small.

Easy to put on, narrow but firm protection
These may have saved my wrist in an a low speed EUC fall today, but I still ended up with some wrist injury below the metal skid plate, or maybe even from it. I like how easy it is to put this model on, but 187 brand makes another model with a wide plastic skid that might have distributed impact better today. Hard to really know which would be better for a typically fall, this was just my experience.
