Cool Downz Personal Water Mister with Pump and Adjustable Head

I purchased Cool Downz Personal Water Mister with Pump and Adjustable Head to keep me cool while running in the extreme heat of the summer. Some days there just isn't a good time to run and avoid the heat. I can now fill my Cool Downz Personal Water Mister with cold water and carry it with me as I run. The head is adjustable so I can set it just how I want. The button is easy enough to press while not being so easy that it releases water when I don't want it to. The water comes out in a nice mist which is perfect for keeping cool while not shocking my body. The container holds enough water to get me through a 10K (approximately 6 miles) with a little water left over. I use it to cool down rather than as a constant source of mist. There is a matching wrist strap attached to the container which makes it easy to hold while in use. It is also durable. I dropped it on my laminate floor at home and it had no damage at all. Other members of my run club have noticed it and like it as well.

I like the fact the nozzle swivels, but it doesn't swivel as much as I thought it would. It's still plenty swivelly, but it doesn't go to a complete 90 degree angle.I owe several of these, different brands bought at different times, these are so awesome for personal misters. You can refill them at a water fountain, you don't need cold water, it makes all water cold. Even people that are picky about getting squirted with water seem to love these and appreciate getting (accidentally) caught in the cross fire. Perfect anytime you have to be outside in the heat, with or without shade.

Listen, this is the only review that you need to read. I gave it 1 star for atleast sending the purchased item to me, but that's the only reason. Item showed up like it had been through WW2, I was suppose to recieve 2 bottles but only got 1, it was filthy with scuffs and scratches. It wasnt until I wanted to atleast see if it worked that I realized after filling it with water and utilizing the pump that it had a huge crack in it. How I realized that there was a crack in it you ask, well water start shooting out the actual bottle. I've used these before and loved it, so with that being said 100 percent purchase from another seller or just just take a dump on 10 dollars because that's what your going to do anyways if you buy. I got it, used it for what felt like several thousand times - because I work with children and they like the mist - and it developed a crack. I am very meticulous about not filling above the fill line, or letting anyone else handle any of my stuff, so I am not sure how it developed a crack. But it just even isn't that big. I had to constantly refill it, which became very annoying. So, my next one will be larger.

I purchased three of these ... Two red, one blue. The red ones have worked really well! The blue one worked great a few times and then I "pumped" it for my 2 yr. old to use, and after three pumps, it EXPLODED! The clear water housing seriously popped into three shards. I'm glad I was holding it and that my son wasn't. It was not overfilled, and we'd been using it just like the other two ... And BAM. Kinda scary. I LOVE the others we purchased and am hoping it was just a fluke thing. They are great for outdoor events and also wetting boys hair for combing! Just be careful!

Wanted a smaller one. But this worked well. Bought this for my son. He's on the marching band and is in uniform for about 5 hours with the temps at 90 and above. This cools him down a bit and he can keeps it hanging around his neck under the uniform.

The best way to stay cool in the summer time.

Works as advertised. Used during recent heat wave while at outdoor venues. A word of warning ! As with any comparable product this could burst if over pressurized, Directions state to stop pumping when resistance felt. Please heed the directions for your own safety, and know its not the products fault. One suggestion would be to place a relief valve on the product.
