Black car or seat cushion for lower back pain. Pain went as soon as using it. Its made of memory foam and leather look on the sides soft material in the middle it fits on car seat, sofa and any hard seat for lower back comfort. Brilliant! Thankyou!

Made my symptoms immediately worse
I recently bought a new car and now have the challenge of getting as comfortable in it as I was in my old car. The seat is much firmer and wider. I have piriformis nerve entrappment in my right buttock and leg. I tried this cushion briefly and it immediately made my symptoms flare-up and very uncomfortable so I've had to return it. It's a weird product as it feels very firm to touch and press down but when you sit on it it sinks right down. I was hoping after reading all the info and all the other reviews that it would be ideal, but it's the opposite for me - it seems that the cushioning presses up too much onto the nerve in the buttock - the opposite of what I was hoping for and expecting!, so beware when buying.
