When you said "can be used by professional cooks" I was expecting something more than a cute ornament. As executive chef at various Hotels and Clubs over the last 35 years, I knew it would be less than what I was used to but I was expecting something functional. As tiny as this thing is, it would take forever to pound out just a few veal cutlets. You need to drop the "can be used by professional cooks" in your description because if any of the cooks or Sous Chefs that worked for me had pulled this out of their toolbox, they would have been laughed out of the kitchen. It's not worth the trouble to send back (16 bucks), so I think I will use it on a keychain.
