The only way to buy a replacement is to contact the manufacturer directly. Details of the manufacturer will probly be on the instructions or the box I can only assume. Hope this helps

Are the pieces dishwasher safe?

I don't have a dishwasher so am not sure, obviously the main unit isn't but the grater and feeder should be and are easy enough to wash by hand.

Which cutter do I use to spiralise food please?

I think it is the one which has the large holes and small grating holes hope this helps.

The instruction book says and shows pictures that it spiralises, How do I do this please?

I used the one with the double sized holes. It does come up finer than an actual Spiraliser.
