Your body naturally detoxes, and these don't do much for detoxing, but they can have numerous other benefits. You'll notice improved sleep, reduced swelling and inflammation, and they can even help with foot fungus and anxiety. I bought them because 'science' refuses to acknowledge their benefits, so I'm giving them a try.Wish they didn't come in two pieces, as it means you have to assemble them every time you use one. However, I haven't had any issues with them sticking to my foot. They can be a little sticky when peeling off in the morning, but it wipes right off with a paper towel. I use them 1-2 times a week.

Tried the foot pads the first night I received them. Could immediately feel some relief in my legs which have severe neuropathy pains. The next morning the pads were dark in color which I believe are from metal toxins in my body being removed. I did sleep much better through the night. So far so great!

I really like the quantity of pads that are included for the price. The two part treatment pad and adhesive pad are not too big of a pain to assemble. However, the adhesive residue is very difficult to remove in the morning. This is a bit of a pain. There are other options that do not require assembly and do not leave a residue. I’m in it for another 40 nights or so with the remainder of the pads… not worth throwing out as they appear to be effective and do stay put overnight even without socks.

Summary: Do not buy this brand. Buy Dr. Entre's for economy or Bandoo for ease of use.Details:I've purchased 3 brands of detox foot patches: Bandoo, Dr. Entre's, and these. They all turn equally black and slightly goopy after I've sweat in them overnight. I have no idea what that actually accomplishes, so I can't compare them based on effectiveness. What I can compare is ease of use.These are by far the worst, and I won't use the ones I've already bought, let alone purchase them again. First, these come disassembled, meaning the adhesive sheets are separate from the actual patch. So to use them, you have to remove the liner on an adhesive sheet, then place the pad on the adhesive, then stick the whole thing to the bottom of your foot. Slightly annoying, but not bad. The biggest problem with these is the way-too-strong adhesive, which is MUCH stronger than the very thin sheet. Which means removing these is stupid hard. The sheet tears easily, and you have to pick away little bits at a time until you get most of the sheet off your foot. While you're doing that, the detox patch pulls apart, exposing the inner goop. Once you get most of the sheet off your foot, there's still a lot of adhesive left. 2 solid minutes of rubbing, both with my hand and with a damp washcloth, did not come close to removing all the adhesive. I had to get an alcohol swab to try to get the rest off, and even that didn't work well. I bought a 100-pack of these, and I used them for exactly one night, and I will never use them again.The Bandoo brand is the best in terms of ease of use. The pads are already affixed to the adhesive sheet, which saves a step. But what really matters is that the adhesive is exactly the right strength - strong enough to stay on all night, but very easy to remove without tearing the sheet or leaving residue. Sadly, the Bandoo brand is 10 times as expensive - you get 10 pads for the same price as 100 of these.The Dr. Entre's brand is an ok compromise. The pads are separate from the adhesive sheets, like this brand, but that's not much of an inconvenience. The adhesive is a little too strong - the sheet doesn't tear, but it still leaves some residue that I have to rub to get off. But they're >10 times cheaper than Bandoo, and even cheaper than this horrible brand.

Great product, everything should be packed in pairs though. I shouldn't have to open 7 packages for 2 complete products, wasteful and completely ridiculous.

I don’t know if it’s just in my mind but these things help me get great sleep! No smell that I can tell it’s just flat white. Once it sticks it sticks. Very durable material. It looks alright but you got pads on your feet 🤣 easy to apply but you do have to assemythe pad. The sticky part and the herb part. It’s very fast and easy
