OutdoorMaster Kelvin Ski Helmet - Snowboard Helmet for Men, Women & Youth

This helmet is a good starting helmet. I recently started snowboarding and this helmet provides good protection when falling as expected. It does not have strong scratch resistance, the size is adjustable, and it has a fur like layer on the inside of the helmet to keep your head and ears warm. My goggles fit well with the helmet and I do not experience fog. Would recommend to casual anyone wanting to purchase reliable, affordable helmet for the first time.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this helmet to 'gear up' for a ski trip that will be in CO. Overall this is a great helmet. It is good quality and seems to be very sturdy.The inside is nice and soft. The ear pieces are also soft and will be warm. It might be difficult to wear a com with the ear pieces being more fitted.The ventilation at the top will be the perfect balance to keeping warm.The adjustable swivel on the back is very functional as it can be difficult to adjust helmets with gloves on. This makes it super easy. It is fairly light weight and the strap on the back is perfect for keeping my goggles attached so that I don't have to try to carry both around.To size it, measure around your head. It is pretty true to size. If you plan to wear a thicker hat underneath it might be a good idea to size up. The chin strap is also soft and comfortable.I think this hat will be great for our upcoming ski trip!!!

Really like the color options. I ordered three helmets for my boys. The ages were from 7 to 15. They all measure about the same circumference, and I ordered mediums. I had my doubts about this, but I stuck to the recommendation on the site. The younger boys both had great fits and wore their helmets without complaint for two days of skiing. The helmet was too small for the older one. It fit well around the head, but didn't go on low enough, so it didn't cover his ears properly. Would be nice if their was a way to measure for that or an adjustment to make in the helmet, but I didn't see anything. We will send it back and get the next size up as I had a large in this brand (Kelvin II) and it fit him well. Other than getting the size right it's a great helmet at a great price point.

This helmet is a solid choice for skiers and snowboarders looking for a comfort and style without breaking the bank.Pros:- Feels solidly built.- Quite comfortable, fits snugly and doesn't press against any part of the head, can wear it all day.- Has a removable/washable ear pads and inner liner.- Has a reinforced ABS shell and EPS core for protection on the slopes.- Adjustable dial system ensures a snug, comfortable fit for various head sizes.- 14 vents (adjustable) to control temperature.- Plenty of matte color options.- Goggles fit well on it, has a snap in the back to keep the goggles attached to the helmet.Cons:- A little heavier than ultra-light helmets.Overall, I recommend this helmet. It's a good value with all the right features.

I recently started snowboarding and needed to pick up a helmet but didn't want to break the bank. Well, this helmet works perfectly with an adjustment knob at the back making it fit me perfectly, pockets in the ear covers for speakers/earbuds, a padded interior making sure its comfortable, and my favorite feature, the goggle clip at the back which was very useful in keeping my goggles falling off the helmet when I had them up. My only gripe would be that the ear covers are not removable, however I don't really mind since I wear a gaiter underneath. Would definitely recommend for those looking to get a solid helmet without dropping a lot of money.

I wasn't expecting much. It's Amazon gear and you get what you pay for with this kind of stuff. I have seem some expensive helmets out there, so looking at the price on this I knew it was a 50/50 chance of getting something decent. The helmet I recieived is top notch for the price. Definitely impressed. The sizing is pretty spot on, I measured my head circumference at 22" and ordered the medium which was a perfect fit. I saw some reviews about the padding on the back adjuster dial digging into people's necks, and yeah it does a little bit but it's only when I have my goggles on. Me personally that probably won't bother me on a run but I'll update here if that's not the case. The ear coverings are nice and warm, and the straps seem secure. The clip on the back for the goggles seems secure as well yet easy to unsnap if I need to take off my goggles for whatever reason. All in all I'd say this is a decent hemlet for beginners and will last you until you are able to start upgrading gear pieces. I haven't used it besides trying it on in my bathroom lol but if there's any issues after a trip to the hill I'll update it here.

I wore it for my first time yesterday at Big Sky. It was very comfortable, and kept my head warm but not hot. My goggles did not fog up at all. I was able to adjust the sitting with the mob on the back so I could wear a mask under it. Sure, it lacks the headphones that some more expensive brands offer but I’m skiing with a group so I don’t need that. I’m happy with it. Great value for the price.

Looks as good, works as good and fits as good as my friends new Helmet that he PAID DOUBLE FOR. GREAT QUALITY FOR THE MONEY! (Especially if you buy the cheaply priced EXTENDED WARRANTY). Only used twice at end of season BUT...NO COMPLAINTS!
