My nails grew out very long and so strong I also use the sally hensen strengthener and my nails look really good and it leaves a nice shine too just make sure you apply every day I didn't apply mine very single day but they still grew out so long and it’s so cheap for the amazing results you get I also used olive oil for nail oil my nails used to be so brittle and break so this oil is so good

This product doesn't actually 'make your nails grow', It does however provide protection/strength to enable the nails to grow more healthily/ prevent snapping.Its quick drying, easy to use, is strong smelling but this passes quickly.It states to use every other day or under coloured polish.I have always had nails that split, peel, flake or break. I used this product 10 years ago and noticed great improvement. Have recently started using again and it is certainly helping to protect my nails.I love that it dries quickly as I hate nail varnish drying times. Take literally seconds to dry!! Dries clear and glossy, can be worn on its own.Price wise- much cheaper than salon manicures and get many uses out of a full bottle. Not as strong as builder gel, gel or acrylic but alot easier to DIY and budget friendly.I also think it's a good product if you're trying to break a nail biting habit as can apply another coat whenever you feel the urge to distract yourself! 💅

This product goes on easily and it looks good as a plain coat but I find that it doesn't last that long. It hasn't made any difference to my nails with the caveat that my nails have had some long term damage. They remain brittle and split but that could just be down to me rather than the formula.This review asked me to rate the flavour but I'll leave that to your own personal taste.

This strengthens and grows my nails , since I bite my nails a lot they are always short and in just a few weeks of using this on my nails , my nails have grown and I have stopped biting my nails because it’s never nice biting nails with something on them , so this helped me so much , if you have a bad habit of biting nails please get this I recommend 100% it also lasts really long !
