Got these to add to the small D ring on back of my x2 dogs' harnesses. Just the job as lightweight yet very strong and far easier now to clip their lead on quickly. You get 9 in a pack too plus a free wire so great value for money.

I wanted something carabina like for quickly attaching paracorde to different wire antennas..and for raising wire antennas into trees.. These will be good enough, strong enough for that purpose...if you wanted them for hanging items off a rucksack, or attaching bunches of keys to your belt loop.. Ideal.. Just don't expect these clips to prevent you falling off the face of everest.. Big no no...

had a lot of bother with strong winds this year and we have a large gazebo with sides so the sides had one of these on every eyelet so at the slightest breeze or we was lowering the gazebo we could simply detach the side panels or roof with just a few simple presses...good feature is they have a barrel you screw onto a thread which keeps it locked until you want to release when you simply unscrew.. very light and strong although does state on them that not for climbers as suspect they not strong enough for that kind of force...bought another set soon after first as they where a success

It is annoying that the screw gate locks by rubbing up against the inner carabiner frame, and in doing so the screw gate scrapes the finish off.These carabiners are sturdy enough for a key fob, lanyard or to retain objects on a kit bag.I am not sure they would be strong enough for a holding a hammock or an awning in bad weather.Good for light weight use, trinket objects and low cost bulk projects.

Excellent for dangling things off your bag or belt loop etc. but remember, don’t use for climbing.

The colours are great and the clips themselves are all manners of useful.Update: I bought a second set and they weren’t nearly as well made. Many of the second set catch when closing.

Not a lot to say about these really, they absolutely work they are as described and quick delivery.
