This is my second order. I have not opened this bag yet. My first one had very few broken nuts in the bag and mostly good sized Brazil nuts.

be careful don't eat too many the selenium plays havoc on your digestive system. One nut is higher than the recommended dose

The Brazil nuts were fine. I have low thyroid and the literature says I need selenium that is in Brazil nuts.

Brazil nuts are so good and so good for you! I eat a handful every day, and they don’t cause inflammation like some other nuts do. I highly recommend these nuts for their freshness and good taste!
