£ Months later.....ok here's the thing DHT is the cause of male and some female hair loss. To prevent it you must block the DHT - there's several ways of doing this. Taking Finasteride a prescription only medicine which causes infertility in women and can cause erectile dysfunction in men. Spironolactone a prescription only medicine which is also a diuretic so you will pee all your electrolytes out risking your heart function. Then there's Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin Seed Oil - I take both of those and use this shampoo - the ingredient in this shampoo which works most is Ketoconazole which is an antifungal antibiotic. So...I cannot be clear what is working most but my hair loss has stopped the and this shampoo thickens the strands of my hair. I do NOT need to use conditioner with it but I do apply serum to the tips only before drying. I use it most days and I do not find that it dries my hair at all (my hair is dyed 3 shades lighter using 30% vol peroxide) this shampoo is kind to my hair. Overall what I am doing has reduced hair loss and in fact I do believe that it has given my hair a chance to grow back.

I’ve been using the Pura D’Or Premium Organic Argan Oil Shampoo for a while now and really like it. It has a pleasant, clean scent that’s not overpowering, it doesn’t irritate my skin or scalp. It feels gentle but still does a great job of cleaning my hair.Definitely a solid choice as it’s cruelty free!

If you enjoy 'washing' your hair in horribly smelling runny brown liquid that not only doesn't lather but prevents you from even agitating the hair on your head, this one's for you. If you're content to have dry, matted hair that takes soooo long to detangle after showering, this one's for you.My fine, long, straight, coloured hair turned to straw. Infact my chicken's straw is softer.Yet I am so naive that I persevered with it....for weeks....maybe it takes a little time to work....maybe it's because it contains no chemicals....22,000 or however many great reviews can't be wrong, surely?? How I rue the day.Within 2 months my hair shafts were spider web thin, snapping all along the lengths. My pony tail got thinner, and thinner, and thinner. And yet I still couldn't fathom it...chlorine from the swimming pool? Hairdryer too hot? I even thought it was the result of hair colouring (that I had monthly for years with no issue). In desperation I switched to an anti-breakage treatment shampoo and thankfully the snapping eventually halted, but by that time I'd lost well over a third of my hair. The damage was done.Incredibly, it was only when I recently ran out of treatment, used Pura D'or a couple of times and my hair almost immediately began breaking again that it finally dawned on me this was the culprit.I have been such a fool to trust this product & it's rave reviews. I wish I'd gone with my gut initially and chucked it in the bin. My long hair is ruined....a frizzy, snapped mess that will take YEARS to grow back. Do not make the mistake I did in assuming a mere shampoo could not possibly cause the damage it did. It does, and it has. Avoid at all costs.

Its seems ok. Doesn't seem to grow more hair or make any difference to my hair. For the price tag id expect more benefits.Just feels like your average shampoo. It does however have a lot in the bottle so this will last you quite a bit and i do like that it lathers quite well compared to other shampoos that claim to help the hair.

Amazing!!!!! Love this product I was using quiet alot of dry shampoo and my hair started to thin really badly, so much thicker and fuller after using this for a few months definitely recommend smells quiet minty but very refreshing on the scalp

This is the second time I am purchasing this bottle. Let's start with my hair type and the problem I WAS facing :I am 23 y/o and I have always had voluminous and thick hair - which I really liked. However, I have noticed for the past 2 years, that surely because of my iron defficiency, I experienced a massive hair loss, and my so healthy, shiny thick hair started to become fine/thin without any volume. Having said that, I am totally aware that the hair type changes every 6 years however, I was horrified to see the amount of hair fallen down every time I showered. It came to a point where showering was a moment of sadness and stress - I am sure you exactly understand my pain.So I started to look online to stop my hair from falling. I firstly took iron tablets of course due to my deficiency but the most important is that I saw this shampoo from reviews and decided to take a chance on that. That was back in September 2015.I shampooed my hair twice a week with this shampoo ( finishing every time by pouring very cold water- very important step) and the results were amazing. It only took 2 weeks to notice the improvement. It gave my hair lots of volume as well. And this is one of the feature I like best.I can't be grateful enough to have discovered this miracle shampoo and I know from right on that I'll keep using this.The only issue maybe, is that it's pricey. However, I do feel that one bottle lasts a long time....(sound like I'm paid to write this, but i'm not! it's totally me being very happy and sharing my good experience!!)Ps: please not, it tends to leave the hair dry afterwards, best to use a conditioner
