Q: My delivery box was badly damaged and seal was broken. It has been cellotaped up. I have no way of knowing how goods ended up like that?

They regularly turn up like this, never had a problem with the contents.

Q: Do these come in their own factory pack as the ones sold in supermarket or are they packed by Amazon?

They come as they would at the supermarket - Amazon don’t do anything to change the look or packing -

Q: Is this the duck, tomato and spinach or the duck and vegetables?

I think this is 2 different products. It’s like beef & tomato sauce & spinach which my cat loves. But this other lot with duck must be new as never seen it before.

Q: My cat has to have a grain free diet, looking at the ingredients of the Gourmet Turkey I am not sure if grain is included, please could you advise.

dear karen i am not sure and as my cat has finished all the turkey cannot check. will do when next order arrives . as a general rule though i would say if all grain included that means anything with wheat ,barley,, oats, rice, rice, sedge or pasta as that too is made with flour. also check if any thickening is used in sauce or gravy. one of their products with veg may be better. alternatively check with manufacturers, i feel sure they should be able to give you advice and help. check their website. hope this helps and good luck. otherwise your vet should be able to answer questions. regards jean.
