I just love this picture frame I have NOT had any problem with the WiFi connection what so everI love how many settings it has from date, time,location, sleep timer,brightness I could go on and the fact that I can download the app and send photos to another person is great and if someone wants to send me photos all they need is the appAnother thing is you ONLY have to purchase the add on if you want to upload more than 10 photos at a time which I feel is not neededYou can hang this on set on shelfThe quality is good I wish it were glass like my phone but otherwise looks goodEditing my photos are easy either pre frame on when they load to the frame!

I love almost everything about this photo frame may it be its quality, large size or setup. I bought this frame mainly to see old photos that are just sitting in the computer and have not seen them a while in years, even new too, but now with this photo frame they all are living everyday.i was surprised to see the setup was easy since this is a android based which is easy to understand and not too many complex options. Just install the software in the mobile and connect the frame to wifi and add a user to the frame. Sending photo from phone to frame was really easy. I can be anywhere in the world and with internet i can transfer photo to this digital frame any time.The picture quality is really awesome, photos really look clear, sharp and vivid. I kept the slider timer as 30 sec as there are many photos and can spend few secs seeing and getting the memory when the pic was clicked.I have setup this frame in my living room and love to get up in morning or come home from work and see those photos brings smile to me. It is beautiful experience and i would recommend it and can be given as a gift...

This was very easy to set up as a gift for my MIL. It looks very lovely on her dresser at the home. The quality for the price is excellent and the viewing angle from her chair is just right. The color brightness is on point. She has a lot of pictures of her flowers and it shows them beautifully. I love being able to add images at any time, and if I choose to share the details with family they'll be able to add more pictures also. At this moment I'm keeping it to just my husband and I due to all the images I downloaded from her phone. I like that I can set the pace for her to watch them. I originally set it at 15 seconds and she told my husband it was too fast so we could change it from home. I love that it has more than just one function of showing images, that we can also send her videos with sound too.This is an excellent function for when we can't be there; we can then send her special messages and make sure she sees them when we send it. Highly recommended.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought my first one in May. Worked solid for a the first couple of weeks. Then the issue surfaced. That issue is that it drops the WiFi connection. If you simply go to reconnect, it fails immediately. When you restart, it connects. The time between drops shortened for me, anywhere from a couple of days to a week. I have no intention of keeping any product that won't stay connected to WiFi. I worked with their support, but at the end of it Support had nothing to offer. They kept wanting to look at my WiFi as the guilty party, but with nothing substantial to offer setting-wise. It got to the point where they wanted me to leave it connected to my phone hot-spot or leave the frame at a neighbor's house. Neither are particularly acceptable. Mind you, I'm in a new-construction house with a fiber connection that's just shy of a year old. Nothing antiquated about my connection or equipment, and I have plenty of 2.4g only devices connected with no issues.I went ahead and sent the original back as a swap. Well, in just 10 days, the same issue with a new Frameo (15.6"). This one is going back, and I will check into other brands.I would also note that they have an app, but to get full value you will need a subscription. I feel there shouldn't be a subscription and all features should be available for free (included with purchase). Or maybe more included, and only a few left for a cheaper subscription. For the money, the subscription just wasn't worth it.
