I’ve tried so many hayfever remedies over the years, but Pirinase Nasal Spray is by far the most effective. Within a day or two of using it, my sneezing, itchy eyes, and blocked nose were massively reduced. The media could not be loaded. I’ve struggled with hayfever for years, especially during spring and summer, and this spray has been a real game changer for me. Within a couple of days, I noticed my sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes had eased a lot. It’s easy to use, doesn’t sting, and there’s no strong smell like some other sprays I’ve tried.One thing I like is that it doesn’t make me drowsy, so I can still get on with work and driving without feeling tired. I use it once in the morning and it keeps me comfortable all day.If you’re someone who suffers badly during pollen season, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try — it’s made my summers much more bearable.

EDIT - UPDATED REVIEWI’m updating my review because I bought another spray when my allergies were particularly bad. This new one does indeed work. It’s really helped with my sinuses and eyes, to the point I can actually breathe through my nose… always a bonus!My previous spray must have been from a bad batch as it really didn’t do anything. This one however has helped relieve the pain and swelling in my sinuses. I could breathe through my nose just a day later. My eyes also aren’t blistering, or watering as much.So I do recommend this spray, but with caution that there seems to be inconsistencies between them.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I suffer with really bad hay fever which causes inflammation in my sinuses and blistering eyeballs (lovely picture, I know).In the past I've used a Flixonase steroid spray on prescription to reduce that inflammation, but it doesn't contain anything to relieve the hay fever symptoms.After looking up hayfever sprays, this one caught my eye because it contains fluticasone, the same ingredient in the prescription steroid spray, but with added hayfever fighting powers.While on paper this spray should have relieved inflammation and the hayfever symptoms, it didn't seem to do either. It was less effective than the steroid only spray.It didn't help with clearing my sinus or relieving any pressure or pain. It didn't make breathing any easier or make me more comfortable. It just left a lingering smell.I can't say for sure that I didn't receive a bottle from a bad batch, and I'm willing to try it again in the future to see if it makes any difference. I'll update this review should my experience be any different. First impressions though, it's not great for really bad hayfever.The good? It's extremely easy to use, and the lingering smell wasn't an unpleasant one.

Hay-fever season is difficult for my wife, despite using the elbow band and using daily antihistamines. Upon receipt of this spray and it's first use, her symptoms improved dramatically. For the price, it is worth every penny for the relief it has brought.

Literally life changing! For years I spent all summer every summer totally bunged up. And it was doing my head in. A wee trip to the chemist suggested I try this and it works.

Seems like a good product unfortunately I don’t think it worked for me. It smells nice and is easy to use and the instructions are straightforward.
