Are coloured inks permanent/colour fast?

No they aren't, same as ordinary fountain pen ink. They are nice bright colours though.

Would these fit a parker fountain pen please?

No, Parker have specific shape. I have a screw bladder and use bottled ink for mine but use the cartridges for the lamy.

Will they work for an all star Lamy fountain pen?

They will fit a Lamy AL-star pen.
