Lord knows I don’t need any more toners, yet here I am purchasing another. I’m a skincare junkie and absolutely adore Korean beauty. My collection is neverending since I’d like to keep up with various skincare products. Anyway, I’ve ordered Haruharu’s black rice toner in the recent past yet liked it well enough to reorder again during Prime week. In addition, what an awesome score for $10! This has to be one of the utmost hydrating Korean toners I’ve ever encountered. While I have combination skin, it’s also dry and dehydrated, but with this? My skin drinks it up and holds onto the moisture well. In addition, it hasn’t caused any irritations/breakouts. Lastly, I dig its smaller bottle which is suitable and lightweight for traveling. All in all, no complaints and would highly recommend.

The only downside is plastic bottle.. (one star off) otherwise it would be perfect .. moisturizes well, especially if to put 2 coats .. I don’t use cotton disks or anything , I literally splash a bit on my face right from the bottle after washing my face and wait until it penetrates and then depending on the dryness of my skin I can apply another coat (just little splash) or just finish with the same brand moisturizing cream.. always finish it with the cream to trap that moisture in .. non toxic and no fragrance is most important!I used to buy Japanese tonics and premier skincare, they are more moisturizing but those on amazon are with parabens and phtalates .. disrupt all your hormones.. I see the difference for myself when I switch to cleaner household and skincare products .. this brand is very cheap compared to high-end Japanese brands that I used to order from Japan but it’s clean and effective! . (again, I wish they would sell it all in glass)

Couldn’t say enough good things about this product. It takes ALL of my make up off, better than the expensive make up remover I was using. So gentle, leaves my skin feeling nourished and refreshed. A little goes a long way so you are not wasting your money. I will be a repeat customer. I have bought several of their products and they are all outstanding. This has been my new skin care system and my skin has never looked better. Younger, more vibrant, pores less noticeable. Disclaimer don’t use their products if you don’t want compliments on how good your skin’s appearance is. 1000% recommend no hesitation

My face and neck looks and feels great. I also use a rice water face mask once a week along with this toner. I have sensitive skin so there was no irritation after the first use.
