I recently received the Ezona heated eye mask and am pleased thus far. It was easy to use and worked as advertised. The 3 heat levels allowed for comfort setting and the timer was helpful. I like that the mask shuts off automatically once the timer goes off. The headband is adjustable to fit many sizes. I purchased it to help with my dry eyes. It was soothing and comfortable to wear. I very much appreciated the seller sending a list of useful tips prior to receiving the mask. I would recommend this product.

Heats up quickly. Been using this once a day before bed for a week for dry eyes and it has made a huge improvement! I purchased Sysane drops which came highly recommended by users but just the drops were not enough to make my eyes feel normal again. Although less dry/gritty felling almost immediately upon using my eyes still felt sore like I had been crying for a long time, aching feeling behind the eyeballs. Ice packs did not help at all so I decided to follow advice on using a heated eye mask. What a game changer!! I didn’t want anything fancy with lots of bells and whistles cause we all know that’s just more things that can break. Sometimes simplest is best so I picked this mask and have been extremely happy with my results. 1st use I could feel the tension behind my eyes slowly melting away. I have used this mask for 5 days now usually right before bed or during the day if my eyes start to hurt and this morning I woke up to my eyes actually feeling normal again. My situation isn’t a severe case of dry eyes. I would occasionally have issues after a night of little sleep(tired eyes) and that would usually go away by itself in a couple days. About I month and a half ago I got sick fever terrible aches and pains all over my body for several days which seemed to flare up at night and last till around 3am keeping me up all night even though I was exhausted. It was during this time that my eyes started to really bother me like they have never done b4. Any kind of air movement would hurt them (a ceiling fan, ac vent in the ceiling). I was constantly squinting , eyes bloodshot, sore, itchy etc. eyelids slightly swollen around the lashes. The drops have helped 1 drop in the morning and 1 in the evening after my shower but adding this mask right before bed has been a game changer. I saw some we’re having issues with their timer. I was curious and today made a point to see how accurate mine is and it’s perfect. Doctors recommend 10-15 minutes use of the mask per session so that’s all I’ve used. I like the high setting myself and plan to order one of these for my son who’s had issues for years with his eyes.

I use this several times a week and love it. It helps relax me, is very comfortable, great heat output and great quality. I love it and all the options on time and heat level.

Worked as advertised has longer time settings than the cordless

I ordered this heated eye mask to deal with blocked tear ducts per the suggestion of my doctor.The 2 star rating is because I really like the mask but as you will see below, the automatic timer on the mask is defective.I ordered this mask because it had good reviews regarding softness, fit, and soothing heat. There were some reviews suggesting poor reliability. I chose to ignore these.When I used the mask, it was indeed soft, the fit was good, and the heating worked great.I really like this mask.However, when I used my iPhone to test the timer on the mask, I found that when I set the timer on the mask for "15 min", it shut off at 10 min. I then set the timer for "30 min" and it shut off at 10 min. The timer on the mask didn't even last for 2 uses.As I really like the mask, I will give the manufacturer of the devise the benefit of the doubt and let them send me a replacement. If the replacement works, then the first mask was defective.If you are thinking of buying this mask, I suggest you really think about your purchase.I will update this review after I receive the replacement.UPDATE: I am giving it 1 star!I received the replacement mask within a day.When I plugged in the mask and set the timer for 15 minutes, the timer shut down after 12 minutes. I was timing it using my cell phone.I was disappointed but I thought I would give the mask a second chance so I waited a day and set the timer for 30 minutes. It shut off in 14 minutes.I am returning the mask because I do not trust that the timer will last. While I can live with the 14 minutes of heat, my concern is that the timer is defective and it is highly likely that it will stop working very quickly.It is amazing to me that this company put effort into designing a comfortable mask that does apply comforting heat to the eyes but chose to attach the mask to a cheap worthless timing devise. If the timer doesn't work, the very nice mask is useless.Oh. by the way, I never experienced the lavender scent which was ok as I didn't want it any way.My recommendation is that you do not buy this mask because you cannot count on it being reliable.

This electric heating eye mask arrived today and worked flawlessly. I set it on High and within one minute it heated to maximum temperature, which I would not want any hotter; I think that it might be a little bit too hot to leave it on for sleeping, since the entire mask gets hot, even over the eyeballs up to the brow and under lower eyelid area. I set the timer to 30 minutes and it turned off fine. It goes up to 60 minutes. I did not try the low or medium settings because I got used to the High heat setting since I was using it for a stye on the eyelid. The cover is of good quality material and seals nicely with velcro, which can be removed to wash the cover. The elastic band is also good, well stitched to cover, and has two adjusting buckles. I was surprised and glad that this worked so well because of its lower price range, and the fact that I read reviews of other products which reported uneven heating and failing timers. I do recommend this Ezona heating mask and will consider purchasing for gifts. I just received it today, so I can't coment on longevity, but I suspect it'll last because of the quality observed.
