How big is this clock? According to the photo it is 8.5" wide, yet according to the product information it is 12.7cm, which is only 5".

My clock has stopped displaying, though I can just see that’s it’s still working, any suggestions how to fix this please. Is there a specific Bulb?

My first one stopped working. I advised supplier, had to send them a photo of screen and they sent a replacement, no arguments. Was less than a year old though.

Is it reliant on radio signals to keep the time correct. My father lives in a house with poor radio reception so radio controlled clocks not suitable.

You have to set the time manually as it does not automatically set itself.

Does it automatically update to BST
