I’ve been seeing advertisements for this hair dryer for over a week now. I was due for a new dryer. I definitely want sure I would spend this kind of $ on ahair dryer. But I decided to give it a try.It’s lightweight, easy to handle and love the colors. That being said, I was a hairdresser for years a long time ago so I’m familiar with good quality tools when it comes to hair. First of all , there isn’t a single blow dryer out there that will fix the damage your hair may have. So for those that commented on it making your hair frizzy, the. Your hair already had that issue.My hair is color treated and is naturally curly, when I blow dry it straight it usually has some frizz. When I received this dryer I was impressed with the packaging (keep in mind packaging doesn’t dictate how good a product will be) but it is a nice touch. The dryer blow better then many dryers and has a nice quiet humm to it. It dried my hair fast. And my hair felt great and bouncy. You will not automatically get soft silky hair from the dryer alone. If you use a brish with the dryer. It will be soft and smooth as you want it /or your hair will allow it. The air flow is concentrated which works well for round brushing to give it a nice soft silky feel. The products you use prior to blow drying can also make a huge difference. I personally Use the WOW extra strength dream coat. That along with this dryer makes for a shiny soft look that lasts me days. My hair looks as good as yesterday which is like a professional blow out. So before to you believe some of these negative reviews, consider trying it for yourself if you can afford it.We always say we wish our hairdresser could come to our houses to blow dry our hair for us, because they use professional tools and know how to dry your hair much better then we can at home. This dryer is in the league of professional tools. I would highly recommend it and especially to those that already know how to use a dryer. It doesn’t just turn on and poof your hair and all its damage is gone.

I can't say enough good things about this blow dryer. It is easy to handle, quality all around, and most importantly dries my hair in a fraction of the time it used to take (I have fine but thick hair). My hair is smoother, and shinier, with the same hair products I've been using. So maybe if your hair products don't seem to be doing their jobs, it's the blow dryer's fault. It is less than half the weight and bulk of my old (very expensive at the time) one and makes less noise. The sound seems to be the air under pressure (sort of a hissing), not from the motor. Soooo nice!

This is by far the most expensive hair dryer I've ever purchased and worth every cent. It's light weight, easy to handle & the handle rotates for easy storage. As someone with severe arthritis in my hands, those are all important features. Plus, it dries my thick hair quickly without being very hot. If I were to have any complaint, it would be that I wish there was more direction on the use of the included attachments -- what & how to use them for the best result.

I purchased the SRI Dry Q 3.0, Model Number M530151R from Amazon October 2024 after reading reviews on blow dryers. The SRI Dry Q was rated a bit higher than the Dyson, and cost is about $200 less. What caught my eye in reading about this blow dryer is the weight and power - stated light weight with four heat modes. Amazon’s Prime day discounted the dryer about 60 dollars, so I decided to invest in the dryer knowing Amazon is reputable at returns. I have been very satisfied with the dryer.I want to share my experience with the company/manufacturer as this is important for anyone who decides to invest in this blow dryer. I booked a trip to Barcelona, then boarding a cruise ship to Italy. I brought the dryer with me for time management purposes; knowing there was a blow dryer in the room in Barcelona, as well as the cruise ship, my BFF traveling with me could use a dryer as well. I purchased the EPICKA Universal Travel Adapter, International Power Plug Adapter thinking I did my research and have an adapter that will work with this blow dryer.When in Barcelona, I attempted to use the adapter with the blow dryer, and after a loud pop noise, dryer no longer worked.There is a one-year warranty on the product, so I called the Customer Success Team. I spoke with the representative named Megan. Not only was I on hold for less than 2 minutes, she was personable, listened to my sad story with adapter; however, told me the manual states not recommended to operate with a voltage converter. She placed me on hold to speak with their technical support team. I was on hold for 5 minutes, but when she continued our phone conversation, she told me the technical support would replace my blow dryer with new one, and I pay the shipping charge of $17.00. I paid the $17.00 with debit card, and was sent an email stating the new dryer was being placed on order; another email stating dryer is on its way to my home and an estimated arrival.I am sharing this story because the manufacturer, as well as the Customer Success Team, keeps their commitment for a one-year warranty, and I am so grateful that they realized I made an honest mistake in using an adapter in an international country with this dryer. I will note that on Number 15 of “READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING”, it states “do not operate with a voltage converter”.The dryer is worth every dollar - light weight, and heat settings are the best. Buyers be ware!! I have now had 3 or these stop working just after the one year mark for the warranty! I’m not ok with spending over 200 dollars on a hair dryer that offers a one year warranty and now on 3 different ones the die at around 18 months! This is crazy and a poor product! After complaining a lot 18 months ago I was able to get them to warranty one which the process took like 2 weeks to get the new one. After o got it they were on sale. So I was like ya know it won’t hurt to have a backup and bought a second. Well the warranty one took a dumpLast week. So I pulled out the bag on up! I’ve only used it a week and it’s stopped work! WTH! Don’t buy these! When it works it’s great but the product does not last! I expect at least 3 years out of a hair dryer since I’m the only person using it and my hair is not that long’
