New canopy
Size fitted well the only issue was the design of the runners must have changed at some time and was different to what is required for this replacement but with a little thought I adapted things to make it fit and work. The quality is very good very pleased.

Not a direct replacement
This is not a direct replacement for the existing out sunny pergola cover?The ends are open so the poles can fall out, (we had to try to seal them) the loops for the clips are elasticated so they stretch when assembled (The original were made from solid material) and the original hooks do not fit on to the centre pole. (Fortunately I had spare hooks from the original and was able to double up on all but the last pole). Finally the original had tie backs at both ends this one only has one.It is well made but you will need to fiddle about and adapt it to fit the pergola which is a bit of a pain.I have assembled it today but I am not sure it will last all season.------------- Update --------Having posted this review the seller contacted me to try to resolve this issue. So the customer service is really good. upon further inspection it seems Out sunny have slightly changed the design of the pergola for 2024 (we have the 2023 model) which is slightly annoying! And looking at the images online the canopy supplied may well be a direct replacement but I cannot say for sure. However I have added an extra star for the good customer service.

Shocking Quality
Terrible quality DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Very thin, ends not sewn so poles just fall through, elastics to hang onto hooks either missing or if they are there they pull straight out when try to use, so unusable. Threw away in disgust. Would not recommend and definitely would NOT buy again.

Very good
Very good. I bought this to creat the shade in my veranda as I do not have metal pergolas or gazebo. And we use plastic tubes to make sure is staying in place. Great

Not suitable
Good quality but was too small even though it said to fit 3m x 3m

Good replacement awning
Not the same pergola but good fit and adapted easily, good option where original awning ripped. Eyelet holes a good idea as previous one retained water
