Just rcvd a bottle that's over a year old on 03/20/23. what's the current harvest date? was there a 2022-2023 harvest?

You will find a circle with the "Harvest Day" date and the "Best Before" date on the lower right side of the bottle label on the back. The "Best Before" date of the 2021-2022 harvest is 10/11/2023. The 2022-2023 Harvest EVOOs will be available very soon. The new "Harvest" Date is 11/2022 and the new "Best Before" date is 12/2024.

How many tenths does this oil contain? (Oleic Acid)

Olive oil is higher in oleic acid than other vegetable fats. Extra virgin olive oil, consists of at least 55% oleic acid. The oleic acid content of our EVOO is 77.7% with 0.16 acidity. Studies show that oleic acid reduces inflammation. Oleic acid may have beneficial effects on genes linked to cancer.

what is the harvest date?

We write the harvest date and the Best Before date on the bottle label. For this lot, the harvest date was 11/2021 - 01/1022. We do our best to bring in the new harvest every year around February for delivery to our customers. This way the EVOO most customers get is on average far less than a year(the "Best Before" is on 11/2023) from the harvest date, meaning you get the freshest possible EVOO.
