It works!! I applied actually right on the cramp area and within 1 minute or two the cramps gone. I can't ingest cider vinegar and I found this works great.

when sleeoing alot of times a leg cramp will wake me up - first thing I do is reach for thisbottle which is right by my bed -0 rub it on and in a few minutes thecramp is gone - am on my second bottle

My bad! This senior did not read carefully. I wanted a topical application for frequent muscle foot & leg cramping & maybe even for trigger finger. I'm still going to try this internal tonic, but I suspect the blend of apple cider vinegar, ginger juice, & garlic juice might not agree with my sensitive stomach. Perhaps the Amish have a tonic for brain fog, too!This review is premature but I want to warn others to read carefully & not to assume anything. I'll be happy to update this review when I've tried the potion;) a few times. The 3-star rating is given in all fairness until I actually try the product 2 or more times.ADDENDUM: As I suspected, my ultra-delicate stomach did not respond well to the tonic. Moreover, I cannot say relief was in fact provided. I'm not clear if the tonic is meant as an intervention---consumed when cramping begins---or as a prevention---taken on a daily basis like a multi-vitamin. I tried first as an intervention & it fiercely upset my stomach for hours afterward, but that's just a personal issue, not a reflection on the product. Needless to say, I could not tolerate it as a preventative measure. I hope others gain satisfaction from using it!

I have restless leg syndrome which usually occurs at night. It makes it difficult to sleep and relax. I put one capful of into a glass, add a little water and drink. It only takes about 5 minutes for it to work and I am able to sleep. It is ACV with some other ingredients so it has a vinegar taste that isn’t the greatest, but goes away quickly and it works. Nothing else has worked. I don’t want to be without this fabulous remedy.
