works as advertised, was bought for a woman that can't stand to cook but loved making big meals. She makes cakes, rice dishes, meats and more.

I was mourning the demise of my Black and Decker steamer that I'd had for 15+ years, was tempted to get another but instead took a chance on this Cozeemax 13.7... best decision ever!!! It works great! It holds so much food it's crazy (like you can easily feed a family of 6-8 in one go with the 3 trays), the trays conveniently stack inside one another for easy storage, it cleans up with a quick swish and doesn't hold odor. The side water port for refilling is a nice feature when you get low in the middle of use, and this thing seriously pumps out the steam... it's no wheezy, weak sister! I'm ordering another to have on hand for parties and canning prep. So glad I took a chance and got this... I use it nearly every single day.

I haven’t actually used this one yet but everything appears okay with the unit. It should be very easy to use and greatly improve my diet choices

This is great for steaming vegetables. Its quick and easy. Its been working a month or so now without melting. IT is huge. You can steam a feast in it.

Holds a lot of food, especially with 3 tiers. Very easy to clean. I did the initial wash in the dishwasher, but it takes up a lot of space obviously, so I just hand wash it whish isn't that bad to do. Make sure to get baking paper to prevent food sticking and it is an even easier cleanup.

Product was good It has a three-tier system however when you use all three tiers the top two don't steam as well or as quick so really you should only use one layer putting it away is not bad cuz you can stack them It did not come with any type of directions or recommendations as far as how long you should be steaming whatever it is you may be steaming the water tray is a little annoying and when you steam foods they leak through the bottom you do have to take everything apart to clean it but if you wanted to do some kind of soup you would not be able to do it in there. You also can't find out anybody to reach to regarding any type of product support

I got this to help steam momos, but you cannot gauge the machine's water level, so I had to keep stopping the steamer to look. I am def not a fan and will be returning.
