Does it come with hose

No, you choose your own hose for this showerhead.

Assuming good fitting, will this shower head work with a triton t90sr electric shower?

Most shower heads will have a universally used thread that fits the shower hose. I can see no other reason why the shower head would not work with an electric shower.

Is there a flow restrictor in this shower head? My shower used to be a lot more powerful before this was fitted.

Not aware of one. There is a ball which swirls around inside with the water flow to break up any scale, which might slow it a fraction. It does have a gauze filter at the connector which will slow the flow as well. Maybe your original shower head didn't have one? Also, you do realise you can move the lever to adjust the flow type?
