Great video doorbell - but need a basic annual plan to store images and videos.
Excellent. Easy to install and operate. I replaced a problem plagued Eufy with this Ring doorbell. So happy I did. The battery lasts for months without a recharge. There is also a solar charging accessory but honestly don't need it. The basic Ring service is $49.99 for a year which is fine. I have no need for a premium plan. I get excellent videos, the ability to speak to whoever is at the door, and stored images and videos for this price. Highly recommend this.

Clear Video and Easy to Use.
I set this up at my front door, and it’s been working really well. The video is clear, and I can see the whole area in front of the house without any trouble. I like being able to hear and talk through it when someone comes by, and the motion alerts help me know when there’s activity outside. The setup wasn’t difficult, and using it day to day feels simple. It’s a practical addition for keeping an eye on things, and I’m glad I got it.

Good Unit with One Little Flaw
The doorbell operates well and gives a broad picture of the front and porch surface. Other than an occasional tone when someone walks up/down the street (not all the time!), it picks up an image of someone walking up/down the driveway. The ring tone, for those who ring the bell, is a prominent tone that sounds through the optional chime and through our smartphones. The only problem that I can note is that we have to change the battery more frequently than anticipated. Luckily, I purchased a spare battery and a charger so that one can be charged while the other is in use.

I’ve had my Ring Doorbell Camera for almost two months now and I’m seriously impressed. The video quality is crystal clear, both day and night. I can easily see who’s at my door, even in low light, and the motion detection works like a charm — not too sensitive, but always picks up what matters.What really surprised me, though, is the battery life. I haven’t had to charge it once since setting it up nearly 2 months ago. It’s still going strong, and that’s with regular use and daily notifications. For a wireless device, that’s seriously impressive.Setup was super easy, and I love being able to check in on my home from anywhere using the app. It gives me such peace of mind whether I’m home or away.If you’re on the fence, let me tell you — the Ring Doorbell is 100% worth it. Reliable, long-lasting, and great quality. Couldn't be happier!
