In my opinion no more than 10kg I’m an 80s solder with a history of lots of tabbing. Be prepared for bad knees in later life 😊

There are straps suitable for a bed roll at about 5 inches in diameter but that may be tight for a bag.

It doesn’t have a specific laptop area but the main area of the bag fits my laptop within a case in the bag so lots of room for one
