Why did you pick this product vs others?:Was told it worked great for fleas, worked great I go walking with my dog fleas were attacking him tremendously.

I bought these because I was frustrated that nothing worked on my dogs. My dogs kept on scratching and although I didn't find fleas on them I assume they had them. After reading reviews and reading that some dogs got sick with this, I decided to give them one every other day for like a week then one a week as to maintain. I did notice that the dogs stop scratching after they had a couple fo these in their system. My dogs are small dogs (less than 10lbs) and they did not get sick.

works but to small of quantity / short lived relief.
Worked pretty good , saw some dead fleas fall off after about an hour or so. My dog gobbles them up like anything else. The downside is that they only last a day per each dose so its short lived, the quantity could be more for the price not worth buying every week. If you live in flea infested environments that attracts fleas or ticks you are better off getting your pet prescribed medicine.

Imidacloprid is an insecticide and has been reported to have caused serious side effects in 100's of thousands of dogs & cats and even death is a few thousand.We had a flea problem that we couldn't get under control so, I found this product on Amazon and thought it would be our answer. No it wasn't, it was the beginning of an expensive nightmare. Our mini doxie became lethargic, was drooling excessively, ran a fever, could hardly walk, had labored breathing and seemed to have limited eye sight. A trip to the emergency vet was necessary and to our surprise it was all because of Advantus.I am not writing this review against the seller, I just want people to have some knowledge before giving this to your furry friend. Would you take an insecticide? No, then please please find another solution to the problem. Trust me they are out there, but just not a quick fix like this says it is (Google Bug Off Garlic for Dogs ). Please learn from me to do the research before making this purchase and Google Imidacloprid Toxicity in Dogs.Hope this helps save a pets life.
