I've been using this bag for almost 2 months now, I wanted to give it time to see how it'd hold up to my 5 day a week gym schedule. It holds my running shoes (size 11)& shower shoes in the shoe compartment. Using the shoe compartment you lose almost half the main compartments space. Thankfully this bag is large, it takes up almost the entire locker but leaves just enough room that it's not difficult to get in and out. I can fit my work clothes, a towel and a few essentials in the main compartment. The end pocket keeps soap, deodorant, headphones, lock and other goodies contained. The small top pocket fits your wallet and keys for easy access. The slash pocket on the side can store your Protein bars easily. I only use this in the duffel configuration, I haven't seen the need to use the backpack set up. Overall I'm impressed with the build quality of the bag and happy that it holds all I need.

This bag is big enough for what I need for the gym, yet small enough to easily bring it around. I can go about my regular day wearing my normal clothes and when I am ready to workout, I just take out my bag. In it, there are separate compartments for my sneakers, dirty clothes, and the main compartment which holds my powerlifting belt, gym clothes, and shaker bottle. Also, there are 3 ways to carry it: by handle, over the shoulder, or like a backpack. The backpack straps can be easily tucked inside and completely hidden if it is not your preference.

Docked them for false advertising. The “font utility pocket with integrated hook and loop” apparently never made it past the fantasies of the marketing department. I’m not sure who said “nah, we’re not doing that”, engineering, management, or if the factory just said “eh, they’ll never notice.” But it’s still a disappointment when you get sold one thing and delivered something else. But, despite that seems like an otherwise acceptable bag. I’ll decide if I’m annoyed enough to return it later.

I got this wanting a bag that would convert from a duffel to a backpack. That's exactly what I got! Great features on this bag is that it has shoe holders, big Center bag space, and the ability to convert from a duffel bag to a backpack which is very convenient seeing as how one shoulder does get tired whenever I have to walk around tournaments. It's not too big and it's definitely not small. This carry-all bag does exactly what it says it carries everything from my boxing gloves to my Jiu-JitsuGI to jump rope and miscellaneous things that I carry a from day today.

Love the bag. All the features and compartments are great. My only complaint is the main zipper just blew out. I can't use it anymore. Very disappointing!

Love this backpack. It's right in between the size of a normal backpack and the size of a normal dufflebag, so it's great to have something that can bridge the gap. Can easily transition from one way of carrying it to another, as the backpack straps can easily be tucked away if you wish to carry it like a traditional dufflebag. Very spacious inside, and it has a compartment for shoes right on top.
