I got the LuvLink to share more love with my sister when we don’t see each other and that was an amazing idea. The lamp is beautiful and a great addition to my space, and it comes with this additional value, knowing that there is my sister in the other side of the light. It’s a fun game too! When we send each other signals that we miss and love one another. Definitely a great gift for family members or friends.You can connect multiple lamps to the same group making it so easy to remember about your loved ones during busy days.

I got the LuvLink Friendship Lamp v2.0 after v1.0, and I'm happy to report that the extended WiFi range has actually made a significant difference. I don't experience connection problems and the Bluetooth setup makes everything super quick and easy to get running. I love the additional color and animation options available in the app - so cute!!! I've already recommended this product to several friends who are equally impressed with the warm aesthetic and performance. The sleep timer is a great addition also as it helps conserve energy when I'm not using the lamp. If you're looking for a reliable, feature-rich friendship lamp, this is the one for sure.

I got this for my sister for Christmas since we are an hour from each other and don't get to see each other too often, and it is such a cute little device! You can set up color codes with messages that you can send back and forth and it's a lot of fun! We both have kiddos that like to send us messages back and forth as well! It is a cute idea a great way to stay connected to loved ones, but I will say the price point is a bit extreme, which is why I'm only rating it 4 stars. But we both love it and I've found it's worth it for me!

Directions for setting up very confusing. I am computer savvy, but these directions were not clear. I did get it up and going once, but then it stopped working. It kept telling me to start connection process over, which I did many times without results. Online help (not a live person) didn't answer my specific questions (just gave me general info.). Talking to a live person would have helped, but no option to chat LIVE! I'm not returning these. Instead, giving them to a friend who thinks using them just as lamps is a good idea. They are cute, so my friend can enjoy my expensive purchase as little lamps that could have been bought at a discount store for $10.

The people at Luv Link were very diligent in making sure we got my daughters lamp working again, a couple things we tried were not successful and they just kept sending other things to try until we were able to get them connected once again and we are very appreciative of that! They just would not give up and with her being away at college, it’s a nice way for us to stay in touch when we can’t always talk. Thank you for your efforts.!The one my daughter had stopped working after 1 week, it would not longer connect to her bluetooth

Great concept, great when they work. But I've had to factory reset and troubleshoot connection issues with both mine and my girlfriends several times with varying levels of difficulty. Both of us have good wifi and no issues with any other devices. Luvlink is dropping the ball.
