My daughter got this as a pre-owned / return? So she got this at a great price. She is a renter and my have to leave this behind if she has to move in a hurry so price was important. Also the actual performance and capacity for wash loads and drying loads is impressive. i used it daily in her flat as you know how teenagers have a tonne of clothes and are not usually into boring stuff like clothes mainenance, so I got very busy during my 12 day stay and used it daily on a "quick wash" then did the dry cycle which is mainly 3 hours. I thought it was long. In the north of UK, I'd recommend a washer dryer like this, great price even if buying from brand new. If you have not garden or line, then this is brilliant. We used quick wash with liquid bottle detergent, however at home I use eco eggs that are just as good and way cheaper. It is effective and quiet and looks ultra smart.

After having it a week:The good:- it's really quiet. Even when spinning full pelt.- looks good- it has a 15 min quick wash cycleThe bad:- it takes ages to dry anything. A dry and wash cycle is literally 10hours and 30min.- It doesn't have a lint tray. This means after a few washes you'll notice your clothes look like you've left a box of tissues in the wash. I'm not even kidding unfortunately.- it feels very cheap- the people installing it are subcontracted to Amazon. This means when they mess up your install, which they will, Amazon take no responsibility. They dont seem to have undergone any training.- The installers for mine, snapped the bolt which connects the sink plug. There was literally no need for them to even take this off as it's only the waste pipe and cold water supply that needed removed. This meant that my kitchen sink now couldn't be used and the "technicians" couldn't test my machine. It's currently leaking and Amazon customer service have "washed" (pun intended) their hands of it. I've had to pull it all out and do it myself. Amazon are normally excellent but I will never use them to install anything again.- I've chosen to return it. I bought it thinking it would save time and be more convenient. It's genuinely rubbish. Choose something else.

Good washer dryer , very quiet when spinning and drying. Only reason i have not given 5 stars is would be nice to have a shorter wash setting with a1400 spin . The spin you need to keep setting to 1400 as always go back to slowest setting.

Excellent washing machine does a great job

We are using it for a few months now. Easy to use, lot of settings, no leaking, good performance. Fits as expected. Great value for money.

Moved into new home so needed a washer dryer to save getting them separate. Firstly, when the machine was delivered it was nicely packaged up and I had a good look around it to make sure there was no damage. Once my partner arrived home from work I started to take the plastic and cellophane off to get it set up. I then noticed a massive gash in the side of the machine. I was worried that it would have had a damaging impact on the function of the machine. I weighed up the hassle of returning with the fact that the familys washing was piling up and decided that sice it was an under counter machine I would deal with the gash. I do think if they are going to sell damaged machines I should have at least had a discount or been made aware. The machine itself is good, it's really quiet and looks very nice. It doesn't have a wash that takes less than 2 hours which is a pain, as gym clothes and work clothes only need a quick 1 hour wash which I am unable to do. I find that a tad inconvenient. It doesn't spin the clothes very well and they do come out feeling wetter than I would like even after an additional 12 minute spin at 1400. But all in all I can get through the piles of dirty washing that have gathered. I have only used the tumble dry function on the kids school jumpers and it seemed OK. The quickest setting is 3hr and the longest 10hr during which time it won't allow you to pause and add. As far as efficiency I am yet to recieve my energy bill for the month so will wait and see.

Great product.. got little issue with the installation team at first but amazon customer service resolved it immediately..
