A simply awesome water dispenser, gets Real Hot, Real Cold, self disinfects!
This is my first Brio water dispenser, though I have other Brio products, like a tankless RO system, which is also great, but this blew me away. Not only is this, as with all Brio products, built very solidly, and looks terrific with its brushed silver and black finish, but it does everything so well and effortlessly. You can have three temperatures of cold water, and the coldest actually gets COLD, and you can have three temperatures of hot water, and the hottest actually gets HOT! You can also choose to just get room temperature water. Of course with the bottom load system you don't have to break your back or strain your shoulders trying to load the big heavy bottle which is great after having a top loader in the past, which I used to dread changing bottles on because I always managed to slop some water on the floor during the change. This unit also self-cleans using an ozone system for the main reservoir tank, I mean, what could be easier than that? This is also pretty darn quiet when running, much quieter than my last cooler was, and I can only hear it when the room is absolutely silent, which almost never happens. The water always tastes perfectly fresh, and has absolutely no smell or odor problems at all. The display lights up bright enough to see, but is not too overly obnoxious in the dark. There is a switch on the back that allows you to turn the light off completely as well as switches for turning on or off both the hot and cold functions. I am not fond of the location of the switches, and as somebody else pointed out you should be able to have a switch that turns the light on and off depending on the ambient light at this price range. It's not by any stretch of imagination a deal breaker, but it's something that the manufacturer really should address, it's such a simple thing. As far as turning the Hot and Cold functions off, I never do that, as there is almost never a time over around 2 hours a day that someone is not up and doing stuff in the area, so the back location is fine with me. The touch pad controls are easy to use however, and very intuitive. The pour spout is set high enough to allow even my biggest mug to go under it and fill with absolutely no problems , again much better than my last one which required me to tip my 40 ounce Stanley tumbler. The water does continue to come out for maybe half to three quarters of a second after you release the button, but that took me less than a day to get the hang of, and I just stop pushing the button a hair before I want it to stop. Simply put, this is an absolutely awesome water dispenser, and in my experience the best you can buy other than the Brio one with an ice maker built in. This is a top tier item, and the price reflects that, but still, this is an amazing value for the money you spend, and if you want the best you can get at a fair price, this is it! I couldn't possibly recommend this unit more. 5 Big stars!

This is a top tier water machine and worth every penny
Absolutely love this water machine. It was easy to setup and the box lifted right off. Well packed. I really appreciate the extra height that is available to fill water bottles and such and that was the biggest complaint we had with another unit, not the same brand, in that we had to tip the bottles to fill them. Not anymore, even my massive 64oz water bottle fits under this with lots of room to spare. The brushed aluminum looks great and very modern as well, though I am not as concerned with looks as I am functionality. There are 3 switches on the back to turn on and off the hot water, cold water, and night light. I really appreciate the light as our other one does not have it, and you have to stick your finger in at the top to feel when the water is about to overflow as you fill it. With the light, its super easy and I really like that it doesn't need to be on 24/7 either. As far as the water goes, comes out nice and cold, and there are 3 levels of adjustment to the hot and cold. By default it ships with the hottest and coldest already set, but I did play around with it just to see that it works, and its super easy to do. Not as customizable as being able to dial in the exact temp you want, but its a nice feature for people that maybe don't want scolding hot water or have sensitive teeth and can't handle super cold, but still want chilled water. There is also a clock built in which is really nice and the panel stays illuminated at all times, but is not so bright that it would be distracting at night. Its a soft glow and they did a really good job not making it be a nuisance especially since you can't turn off the panel lights. Only thing I do wish was different though, is that the hot and cold buttons light up red and blue when heating or cooling and go back to white when ready. I wish that was reversed. I want the red and blue to indicate that it is ready and white when heating or cooling. This unit does have a self cleaning function built in with UV lights as well that runs on its own. I don't remember the exact timing, but its like 40 minutes off and 100 and something on or something like that. This cannot be turned off either, not that you would want too. It keeps grime and slime from building up in the tubes and such. Really nice feature to have honestly.Noise wise, its pretty quite too. I can't hear it over my ac window unit at all and with headphones on, as it is in my home office, it can't be heard either. No weird smells with the water either and everything tastes like it should.Overall, super happy with this unit and if you are looking for a premium option, this is about as high as it gets, short of two of their units that are more expensive with a built in ice maker. Or getting a unit that has the reverse osmosis built in, but those require hooking into a water line and not using standard 3 or 5 gallon jugs.

Absolutely love it!
We absolutely love this unit! It's Brio, so you know it's quality. It's well-made, durable, and doesn't feel cheap at all. It's super simple to change out the water bottles, which we just bring in for exchange at our local grocery store. The unit is easy to operate, looks nice, and we couldn't be happier with it! It's pricier than a lot of the others you'll find, but the quality of this unit shows exactly why!
