I've tried a bunch of different enzyme blends in the past, and I really like the Source Naturals one for flavor and effectiveness. This one's capsule coating has a slightly pukey smell that I don't love, so I just take it with water and don't bother to taste it. I took 1 capsule with a glass of water about 30 minutes before a meal, and I didn't feel any GI discomfort. I'm gonna have my mom start taking this enzyme and see if it helps with the bloating she gets from eating bread and other gluten foods.

Since the ingredients don't have established daily values, you can't deduce the correct dosage from that information, either. It's most likely two per day, making this a 30-day supply. At 37 cents per pill, these are on the more expensive side.
