A nice product that helps to boost your metabolism and prevent bloating. Not a great taste but results are effective.price on the higher side for the given quantity. Mix it with warm water and mix well to avoid forming lumps.

Not sure of how effective it is. Delayed periods?
I got “My happy gut” twice in 2 years. And i observed that my periods got delayed. I am usually not a person who misses a period but incorporating this product in my daily routine messes with my cycle somehow. Iam not sure about the science behind it. But since I didn’t see anyone report this ,i would like to leave this review in case it helps anyone else.

My Honest Review,I recently bought it after seeing the claims made by the team.1. Does not mix easily to your hot water, always forms a lot of lumps.2. NO IMPROVEMENT SEEN AFTER 10 days of usage.3. OVER PRICED
