This is a very good product, especially for at this price. I can use it in multiple ways, helping with to prop up my shoulder or neck to relieve muscle tension/aches. It is very easy to handle because it’s light weight and sized just right. It arrives flat but 20 minutes in the dryer fluffs it up to a soft but dense volume. The removable and washable cover is soft and velvety. A great value.

Perfect pillow for sleeping. Just firm enough

A very comfortable pillow that I use for my back on the couch. It gives some support without being overly stiff, but I do wish it was a bit stiffer. I like that the cover is removable if it needs to be cleaned. I have not had experience with washing it yet. Value for money:It is a good price for what I use it for. Color:The color is true with it being what I would call a slate grey.

Pillow arrives in a vacuum sealed pouch so it's completed compressed into a potato chip shape . That's ok because you throw it into a clothes dryer for 20 minutes on LOW. The pillow fluffs up immediately. Next you have to put the pillow into the polyester fake-velour pillow case. It's a snug fit, but it does go in. But then you have to close the zipper to keep the pillow inside the velour pillow case. The zipper is tiny, delicate and stubborn. In the instructions from the manufacturer they tell you to 'gently' zip up the zipper. That's because the fragile zipper is made of extremely thin metal that can easily break or deform when you try to zip it up. We finally got it zipped, but it took two dexterous people (four hands) to hold the pillow case and carefully nudge the zipper closed. Difficult and a real pain if you have to wash the pillow case a lot. A more sturdy, full sized zipper would have been much more convenient and offer the promise of a longer life in use. This mini-zipper could break or pop apart tomorrow. The pillow itself is very soft and offers low to moderate support.

This pillow is the perfect size and so soft! I loved being able to choose a color that matches my decor. This is great for side sleeping and having something to hold onto.

was used? yikes buy or beware. Product came re-packaged with packaging tape. Skipper is broken. I’m assuming this was opened used and repackaged.
