Does not get tangled up on itself like vinyl-coated USB printer cables often do
We bought this mesh USB printer cable to replace the regular vinyl one we used to have to connect a shared printer with two home laptops (switch back and forth without using a KVM switch, splitter, or wireless connections that don't work well). The main reason we bought it was it does not tangle or bunch up easily. We wrap it around the printer when not in use and it does not get all tangled on itself like the vinyl ones do. I think it does probably collect dust a little more readily than the vinyl ones, but we are very pleased with this cable.
