App issues
Austin's mom here: This watch was easy to set up. I did have to remove some links in the band which was a bit difficult. (It does come with a silicone band too, and changing out the bands completely is very easy.) It does a great job of tracking sleep, steps, and other stats. I wish the app would break the sleep down into REM sleep as well as light and deep sleep. My only complaint with the app is that I have no idea where it gets the weather information. The weather will be wrong 9/10. (This is using a push from my phone's location.) For the most part though, the watch and the app are pretty easy to use.

Do not buy!
Defective. Charged once worked for four days received no help at all. Death in family missed return date bc I was gone and couldn't use item until I got back. Waste of money. Disrespectful service from Amazon. I was expecited about this item and now it's a waste of money and I can barely feed myself. So great product and effort!

Not very smart for a smart watch
The watch does not alert you when you get a text or phone call. You can manually scroll through and see who called you later, but not until after you missed the call. The only thing this watch seems to be able to do is let you see what time it is. My $20 watch did the same thing
