Okay so I read the reviews before I purchased - from what I saw it had great feed back. I can attest to this - I am SHOCKED, honestly at the effectiveness. I purchased this for a few reasons, 1. My schedule is so busy, I’m always doing stuff and my jobs are both very physical yet I suffer from ailments galore. 2. I am having my second hip surgery this winter, and I thought it would be a good thing to keep my arm muscles stimulated while bed ridden for 2-6 weeks. 3. I’m getting married next year and the fear of losing my body this winter from surgery and not being able to get it back in time freaks me out. 4. It was an excellent prime deal and reasons 1-3 warranted the deal! The quality, intensity modes, and the fact that there are so many different “exercise” patterns/modes is very impressive. Not only do I actually break a sweat, feel my abdominal muscles and arm muscles WORKING… my nerve pain has been so much better since I started using these! Almost like an intense TENS unit, but TENS units never have been able to help me. I wasn’t expecting to get pain relief from this, but I’m sure glad I have! The only thing is that I wish there was a way to make them tighten more, I have skinny arms and I’m just barely making it where it can get some Velcro after wrapping it to the tightest. The tummy one also seems a little big for me, maybe wish the fit was peaked more at the center of the belly. Regardless, I make it work. I use these several times a day. I’m honestly obsessed! Buy it!

I bought this ab-toning belt for my husband as a gift, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! I had my doubts about these belts (the one for the ab and the two for the arms. I love the settings on them and the fact that you can recharge the digital display battery electrodes. The power is strong; therefore it doesn’t have to be cranked up all the way to be effective. It has help my lower ab to get into shape, and my biceps to be stronger. In fact I use the arm belt to help with a muscle strain at the gym and it took away the pain, these belts are worth the money. Came in a very nice plastic and box which looked very sophisticated. I would purchase them again I have to.

I give this 4.5 stars. The only things I don't like are 1) the control is very sensitive. Not a deal breaker, though. 2) the strength at its highest setting is pretty good. I maxed it out the ab belt within the first week. 4weeks in, and the max still feels beneficial. But, I wish there were a few higher levels. For reference, I am a female with medium-high fitness level. Other than that, the battery lasts very long. The strength levels are very good, especially on the smaller units. I say it's a great price for what you get.

This muscle stimulator arrived beautifully packaged and all components were nicely wrapped. Instructions included were clear and simple to follow. I have been using this for a few weeks now and it provides definite muscle stimulation and I am able to use it while sitting at my computer. I like that it automatically shuts off after the 20 minute workout is complete. I like the durable box that it comes in as I use it to store the device between workouts. It performs exactly as described, is a very good value and is a great quality. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

i've only had this item for a few days but it seems/feels like it might work very nicely.... on the downside the manual is little more than a warning pamphlet letting you know what not to do with the items and the contents of the package, while the belt size will not fit larger people, not to be confused with huge/obese people, just larger people, the belt runs small... the manufacturer was a good enough to send me this description of the modes it offers, which i couldn't find anywhere else.

I don’t know that this is the most powerful stimulator on the market, but I did find it to be one of the most convenient. I like that you don’t have to replace pads frequently to use it! I like that you just squirt the pad with a little water (sprayer included) and put it on and begin using it. It seems like it will last a long time since there are no replaceable pads. I like that!
