It's running smoothly
This is the first time taking a chance. With this computer, especially the up and down on the comments. But i'm assuming it's because christmas and probably there was a rush of order, so nothing is perfect. In overall, the computer is a baseline.Good start. However, upgrading, maybe the CPU or the video card. Definitely, will make the gaming more experience higher grade, butt at the level It is even star citizen is running smoothly.. so I'm 100% satisfied 😌

Worked great until one day...
this computer was great for my son but lasted not even a year. One day it just wouldn't power up. Tried everything under the sun. So annoyed since it cost a bit of money as a Christmas gift. Now it is worthless. I wished that product support lasted for a life time just to help with your needs but mine expired conveniently months ago when I didn't need them. I would be very cautious on this product, especially if you don't want a kid disappointed and your bank account flat.

Great value for price.
Great value for the price. The speaker and stuff was better qualiry as expected. The lights can me changed by remote. There is only one SATA style power cable and the rest for hdd, that was an issue. I am pretty damn happy, just the parts are worth more than the cost of the computer. Everything was in good and working condition.

Great computer have some issues with freezing and the USB for WiFi stopping where I have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in

Affordable PC with good hardware but didn't work but 8 months
This pc is just what I needed. Fast boot up and fast internet. Replaces my 15 year old pc running windows 7. Haven't used it for gaming yet but Happy with it. Colors are joyful to look at. So I thought!8 months later the ssd drive froze while watching netflix and now loops in repair mode. Won't boot to windows now. Don't know if product key is lost or in Bios. May have to buy another Hard Drive and windows 10 install and key. Don't buy this pc!

The customer service is not satisfactory.
I received this computer everything works as it should except the keyboard does not light up as it should, I contacted customer support and their only resolution was to pack the whole thing up and send it back. They would not just replace the keyboard. As a manager in customer service this resolution is unsatisfactory to me.

So far so good....this seems to be a very nice computer!
I needed a PC to use at my mom's house in another state so I was looking for something affordable that could run Adobe Creative Suite (and had a decent video card). I think this product really fit that bill!
