If I could give stars, I would. I am so picky about pillows. I haven't had one I liked in years and have bought no less than $60+ ones over the last 2ish years trying to find "the right one". The closest I came to that was one of the Casper pillows and had basically resigned myself to the fact that maybe I was the problem and that was as good as it got. NOPE! My search is finally over! It feels cool, is squishy but still firm somehow (basically sorcery). Hopefully the makers don't change anything or discontinue them bc I am going to be a lifelong customer at this point in time.*PLEASE NOTE that day one it was just fine, day two it was better and by the third day, it had clearly recovered from the vacuum packing and was then the best pillow ever. Its been a few weeks so I am confident in my review at this point but I will edit later if it doesn't hold up.

I have bought so many pillows for side sleeping and finally found one that doesn't separate in the middle while sleeping! It's soft and comfortable, everything i have been looking for. I did not notice any smell and was able to use the pillow out of the box, meaning i didn't have to add or remove any filler.About the "cooling" part. The card that came with the pillow say "the degree of coolness varies depending on the local temperature of the region and the individual's body temperature. Our cooling pillowcases absorb body heat to make you feel cool, and we all know that no material can always be cooling in an environment"Their tip is to "use pillow with air conditioning or a fan" hahaha No really! Hahaha. I'm still keeping the pillow!

This pillow is of high quality and arrives ready to use. As a side sleeper I found it acceptable right out of the box. It is a heavy pillow and that can make it a little cumbersome if you are someone who throughout the sleep sycle occasionally need to more or readjust your pillow. The pillow does arrive with a separate small bag of foam pieces that you can add to the pillow to firm it up more. After a few nights use, I did add the additional foam pieces and liked the sleeping support more. I do recommend this pillow. It is more costly than some other pillows but believe it will last a long time. The pillow itself does arrive in a zippered pillow cover that can be removed and washed. Very convenient.

This pillow has helped immensely with my neck and shoulder pain. I have gone back-and-forth with what it could be pillows, poor posture, etc., but this pillow has changed everything I get the best night sleep, and do not wake up in any pain. It is true memory foam I don’t have to adjust this pillow at all while I sleep. I’ve bought expensive pillows before on Amazon and this one is like no other just go ahead and buy it if you’re hesitant, you won’t regret it and if you do, Amazon has a great return policy.

I’ve tried dozens of different types of pillows, with a mix of results. Some were descent and some not at all. This curved pillow has been perfect, I wake up without any neck pain and have great nights of sleep. For me it’s perfect right out of the box, but it has a bag of extra foam to add or you could remove some. For reference I have broad shoulders. My 1st was 6 months old , showed no signs of breaking down or wear. I decided I’d buy another in case it disappeared from the market.

I am a back sleeper/ occasional side sleeper with shoulder and neck issues. This is the best pillow I have ever used in my 66 years of life. I did not need to add extra foam but good to have in case I need it in the future. The only con is the initial smell. They do give instructions if the smell disturbs you. I just left the pillow open to air and the smell dissipated. Highly recommend this pillow.

Nothing is more subjective than the choice of a pillow and this one is absolutely great. Because of its shape it is especially good for side sleepers, which I am and have tried many pillows, but more than that is the filling. It's not one piece of memory foam like all the others, but is little pieces of foam which you can fill according to your preference. This way it has give and it cradles my head without losing its firmness. A unique idea. I did have to leave the pillow and foam out in the open for five days to get rid of the smell but wow it was worth it. There is one negative and the pillowcase which is itchy so I use a king size pillowcase which works cos the pillow itself is a queen. Great pillow!
