Q: Why is the minimum purchase quantity set to 3? I just need 1 mudguard for my bike. Can’t I just get 1?

When I bought it I only bought 1

Q: Would this be ok for a 700x25c wheel? On amazon it says 700x38 (size m)

Yes it would be fine 38 means tyre width so your tyres are narrower which means it will definitely stop the spray

Q: my tyre width is 42mm. Do you think I'd have any issues with this mudguard?

I have a 28mm tyre but there seems to be plenty enough room for a 42mm tyre.

Q: Does this fit on front suspension forks

I bought this for my Cannondale Synapse road bike. This has fairly chunky carbon forks and the rubber bands on the mudguard just fit around the fork legs. I do not think that it would fit any but the skinniest of suspension forks.
