We have enjoyed several of the chocolate products and thought it would be fun to try a new and quite different flavor. As for the chocolate, it is unique and quite tasty. If you like white chocolate and you also like raspberry, jump on in, it is really quite fine.The best part though? The care taken in packaging and labeling the product for shipping. Chocolate is a risky buy in the hot months. I was pleased to find small gel packs sandwiching the product (frozen gel packs as you get when ordering meat….but very small). The outer package was also labeled “keep out of direct sunlight.” Oh, also, bubble wrap encased the chocolate and gel packs. The package was delayed in shipping one day, so the frozen gel had thawed, but the chocolate was in great shape. I was very impressed with AP Wholesale on Amazon, a very positive experience!As to the popping candy, the pop is gone. Easy to understand. When tempering chocolate and adding flavors, the warmth and moisture would naturally release the carbon dioxide…therefore, no pop. Still, a lovely treat.UPDATE: After getting further into the bar, some of the candy did indeed pop! Now I’m very curious as to how they achieved that!

LAST WEEK with John Oliver made me aware of this company. Most chocolate comes to us threw a thousand corporate middle men (Hershey, Nestle) who water it down with garbage and multiply the price beyond belief -- while enslaving families of farmers who have to make their kids help them just to eat. If you understand the concept of coffee fair trade, Oliver states it's NOTHING compared to the need of chocolate fair trade. And TONY'S is incredible fair trade chocolate.Now listen to me: just because it's politically correct to buy this chocolate doesn't mean I'll recommend 'common' chocolate that's over priced. The chocolate itself must be very good and reasonably priced or I'll just go back to buying my favorite bars of ALDI chocolates. TONY'S costs more than ALDI but it pays back in flavor.I've gifted this to all sorts of people. Gift it to yourself and you'll see it's terribly tasty.

I discovered the Hazelnut flavor. So delicious. It's my new treat of choice. I can’t speak for everyone’s tastebuds, but I personally really enjoy the flavor of Tony's Chocolate.

Well worth the price! They arrived in perfect condition despite it being hot out. Let me tell you, this is hands down, absolutely the best white chocolate I’ve ever had! It’s smooth, not fake tasting at all and raspberry with white chocolate together is the perfect combination! These aren’t little bars either, they’re huge! This is easily my favorite candy now, the other flavors are delicious too but this white chocolate raspberry is to die for! The pop rocks are subtle, fun and take me back to my childhood. Def ordering more and really hope they never discontinue this flavor, it’s just amazing! If you like white chocolate and raspberries you gotta try this! Love love love!

When chocolate blooms, the sugar, fat, and cocoa fiber become unstable, causing the chocolate to lose the structure gained during the cooking process. Exposure to heat or light can prompt chocolate to bloom. So can quickly moving it to more humid air, like taking a piece from the refrigerator to the kitchen counter. Either the fat or sugar will manifest on the exterior, leading to the slightly white or gray discoloration.

Look at your wallet, then look at the bar, then look back at your wallet, then click “add to cart.”Just ask yourself if, while you savor on a chunk, the difference between a Kia and a Mercedes matters to you, as far as chocolate goes. It’s hard to go back to a burger when you’ve had a steak. You’ll feel rich, too.
