This is a great wire stripper. Works really well. Good buy for the money. Saved us a lot of time.

Bought this because it was cheap and I only had maybe 70lbs of wire to strip because of a house remodel. Did not wanna give the wire to the Electrician to make even more money off me. (Sore Spot).Stripping wire is something I don’t do. Bought this made stripping the wire a breeze. Stripped all 70lbs on the same blade. But yes buy more blades if you are gonna have a lot of wire.I’m amazed at well this thing has worked. If your like me and just need something to get you by. Buy this and you will be a pro in no time😜

This thing works! Built really well and at a great price. I stripped the wire in a fraction of time than before. Just need to get the adjustment right for each size wire. Definitely use a drill to operate. Works great on solid wire.

Don't overtighten the set screws for securing the handle or adjusting or replacing the blade. When I first received the stripper, I wanted to test it first by securing the handle. It worked well, so I wanted to attach a drill to it. I was unable to remove the handle after removing the set screw. It seems that the shaft for the blade is of a softer metal and scored the shaft. I needed to use a pulley removal tool to get the handle off. The same thing happened when trying to center the blade. I thought I had centered it and I re-tightened the set screws. The scoring from the original manufacturing had left the blade free to move, and it was damaged by the wire feeder wheel. Be aware. However, GREAT WIRE STRIPPER!

The directions are extremely lacking, but with some simple brain work and common sense, its easy to figure out. I'm primarily referring to the wire size adjustment. You need to turn the plate over to accomadate large wire. Once you get it all figured out, it does a pretty good job. One hour of work and it already paid for itself.

The media could not be loaded. The best of the best!!! From I stripped around 1000 pounds #6 to 250mcm copper wire , tiny tool works like a monster , for the price I tough it gone break in the first try , but works super !!! the blades still with very good shape , I just attach the tool to 2”x6”x24” with that screws that came with it in order to not ruin my dining table , with the drill just go in low speed in thick wire , it doesn’t works with cloth jacket wire , it get jam , I really recommend this nice tool , it is an easy money maker !!!

This machine is great. It splits wire great. Saves a lot of time and safe to use instead of using a knife to split the wire.
