Llevo tomando esta creatina por 3 semanas y ya noto la diferencia. Tengo más resistencia y puedo levantar más peso. Se disuelve muy bien en agua y no tiene sabor raro. Volveré a comprarla sin duda.

Perfect supplement
Excellent supplement. It dissolves easily into my water and I add electrolyte powder as well. I’m gaining strength as well as feeling less brain fog. Highly recommend.

Need to know
This stuff works amazingly. Muscle soreness decreased significantly. Dissolving was eh, most time stuff would settle at the bottle. The reason why I took one star away is because (for me) water retention was absolutely awful. I was hoping after taking it for over a month, it would resolve but sadly it didn’t. A couple days after I stopped taking it, the water retention was gone. Unfortunately I did stop taking it but other than that, it works great.
